As Account Director for the Missions vertical at RKD Group, I drive the overall strategic direction and execution of multi-channel campaign efforts for five mission clients totaling $2.5MM in annual contract value (ACV). I am responsible for client retention, securing client results, growing client account profitability, and expanding client business.

  • Led the creative development + execution of six months of multi-channel campaign and appeal planning for Missions, including 6 new campaigns, 14 new packages, online and offline strategic integration, new stewardship print strategy, and new communication calendar. 

  • Generated total of $230k in new strategic upsells for current clients within the first 9 months of employment. 

  • Leveraged existing RKD technology tools by designing and launching RKD Partner Pages on SharePoint, a one-stop landing page for client documents, results, communication calendars and more that will change the game on client service within the industry. Included pilot program with 6 Mission clients, internal training videos, three-part training for internal champions, and launch of more than 14+ additional pages by other client verticals.

  • Created a new Stewardship Tools and Services strategy and product for the agency with new revenue stream featuring 3 new product offerings. Managed the contract negotiations, proposal and onboarding of new product partner, ThankView. Created internal SharePoint sales page rkdgroup.com/products/stewardship/ to garner internal buy-in and easy sales conversion for CS teams; and built the Stewardship Playbook, streamlining onboarding for widespread acceptance and sales across verticals. 

  • Founding member of the Mid-Market Account Director Leadership Group – leading the charge on key leadership initiatives. 

  • Set a new standard for onboarding for first 5 Mission clients using RKD Partner Pages, Asana and new client templates for meeting communications, client marketing calendar planning, annual planning and more! 

  • Built and completed RKD’s first digital training program for client service strategists, personally earning 3 Google certifications for Analytics, Display and Search.

Lindye Galloway Interiors is a full-service interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. As Director of Project Management, I managed the details of 16 multi-million dollar design projects, from initial concept to installation. Leading a team of four interior designers, we designed industry leading homes and commercial spaces all while focusing on delivering a superior customer experience.

  • Proposed and managed the creation of a new sales process that increased conversion of sales by more than 150% and raised new project revenue, size and budgets by more than 300%.

  • Created work flow process that chronicled 750+ hours for each project across three departments. On-boarded new project management system alongside new tools to increase team efficiencies and ensure timely execution of all project deliverables.

As Director of Donor Relations at Azusa Pacific University, I was responsible for designing and managing a comprehensive donor relations program that fostered a culture of appreciation, recognition, accountability and ongoing engagement with donors at one of California’s premier Christian liberal arts universities.

  • Managed the design, development and production of annual comprehensive communications plans for all fundraising collateral, stewardship and donor events. 

  • Executed the campus’ largest fundraising event (750+ people) raising over $1 million for student scholarships. Managed a team of 16 individuals, designed and coordinated the execution of event branding, program and story development, and overall donor/guest experience.

  • Redesigned and produced 300+ custom semi-annual stewardship reports and a new donor acknowledgment process. 

  • Designed and executed a strategic print, digital and social communications plan for fundraising event with high profile guest, raising the most money for student scholarships in the event’s history.

As a trusted creative partner, I participated on new business pitch teams to develop presentations for prospective national and international clients alongside executive management and creative directors.

  • Planned annual strategic fundraising objectives for twelve homeless shelter and rescue missions across the United States (raising more than $10.9 million annually).

  • Produced fundraising budgets and strategies for clients across multiple channels including programs for current donor development and the acquisition of new donor prospects with combined budgets of $5 million (included direct mail, social media, online fundraising, local market multi-channel campaign integration, and middle and major donor fundraising).
